Cette infrastructure, financ\u00e9e par le gouvernement congolais \u00e0 travers le FONAREV et ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e avec ses partenaires, vise \u00e0 relancer les activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques des populations affect\u00e9es par la guerre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab <em>Un bon p\u00e8re, c&#8217;est celui qui sait consoler ses enfants dans leurs difficult\u00e9s. Nous remercions le chef de l&#8217;\u00c9tat F\u00e9lix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, car la construction de ce march\u00e9 ne saurait \u00eatre effective si le gouvernement congolais n&#8217;avait d\u00e9bloqu\u00e9 les fonds pour soulager la douleur des victimes de la guerre. Ceux qui nous ont impos\u00e9 cette guerre ont cru pouvoir d\u00e9truire l&#8217;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, l&#8217;\u00e9conomie et la paix de notre province. Heureusement que Dieu existe et que le pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo est l\u00e0 \u00bb,<\/em> a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le vice-gouverneur et gouverneur int\u00e9rimaire du Sud-Kivu, Jean Jacques Elakano.<\/p>\n<p>Le gouverneur int\u00e9rimaire a invit\u00e9 les futurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, principalement les habitants de Kavimvira, \u00e0 pr\u00e9server cette infrastructure et \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre les efforts consentis par le gouvernement provincial et ses partenaires pour concr\u00e9tiser cette promesse en faveur de la population d&#8217;Uvira.<\/p>\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, la directrice adjointe du Fonds national de r\u00e9paration des victimes des violences li\u00e9es aux conflits et des crimes contre la paix et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#8217;humanit\u00e9 (FONAREV), Emmanuela Zandi, a expliqu\u00e9 que ce projet est le fruit du plaidoyer men\u00e9 par Denise Nyakeru Tshisekedi en faveur des victimes des conflits arm\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab <em>Si ce march\u00e9 est aujourd&#8217;hui une r\u00e9alit\u00e9, c&#8217;est gr\u00e2ce au plaidoyer de madame Denise Nyakeru qui a toujours port\u00e9 le message &#8220;Plus jamais seuls&#8221; pour accompagner les victimes des conflits en R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo \u00bb,<\/em> a-t-elle indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Elle a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que le futur march\u00e9 r\u00e9pondra aux normes modernes afin de renforcer les \u00e9changes commerciaux et d&#8217;attirer des op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques en provenance des pays voisins, notamment du Burundi et de la Tanzanie.<\/p>\n<p>Le repr\u00e9sentant du Programme des Nations unies pour le d\u00e9veloppement (PNUD), \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, a rassur\u00e9 la population de Kavimvira de l&#8217;engagement de son organisation \u00e0 accompagner le projet jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 son ach\u00e8vement.<\/p>\n<p>Pour sa part, le directeur de l&#8217;APES, Deo Mastaki, a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le co\u00fbt global de r\u00e9alisation de cette infrastructure s&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 50 000 dollars am\u00e9ricains.<\/p>\n<p>Les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du projet, qui recevront \u00e9galement des kits de r\u00e9insertion socio-\u00e9conomique destin\u00e9s \u00e0 relancer leurs activit\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices de revenus, ont salu\u00e9 cette initiative. Ils ont cependant plaid\u00e9 pour l&#8217;extension de ces actions \u00e0 d&#8217;autres territoires du Sud-Kivu, estimant que de nombreuses victimes des violences attendent encore un accompagnement.<\/p>\n<p>Cette initiative intervient dans une province o\u00f9 plusieurs infrastructures \u00e9conomiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9truites ou gravement affect\u00e9es par les conflits arm\u00e9s au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.
