Le bureau national en concertation avec la CENCO, estime que les conditions ne sont pas r\u00e9unies pour organiser ledit congr\u00e8s aux dates initialement pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 Kinshasa du 17 au 23 ao\u00fbt 2026 \u00bb,, indique la circulaire n\u00b0078\/06\/BN\/RCC\/RDC\/2026.<\/p>\n<p>Le Bureau national du Renouveau charismatique catholique explique que la premi\u00e8re raison de ce report est li\u00e9e \u00e0 la situation sanitaire. Selon le document, l&#8217;\u00e9pid\u00e9mie d&#8217;Ebola d\u00e9courage plusieurs d\u00e9l\u00e9gations \u00e9trang\u00e8res de confirmer leur participation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab \u00c0 huit jours de la cl\u00f4ture, nous ne comptons que 60 inscrits sur les 2 000 attendus \u00bb,, pr\u00e9cise la circulaire.<\/p>\n<p>Les organisateurs \u00e9voquent \u00e9galement le climat politique actuel qu&#8217;ils jugent peu favorable \u00e0 la tenue d&#8217;un rassemblement continental.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le climat actuel ne rassure pas en raison de la campagne relative \u00e0 la r\u00e9vision et\/ou au changement de la Constitution. D&#8217;o\u00f9 le risque de compromettre la bonne tenue du Congr\u00e8s \u00bb,, souligne le Bureau national.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 ces difficult\u00e9s s&#8217;ajoute un d\u00e9ficit important des contributions financi\u00e8res attendues des dioc\u00e8ses. Les responsables du RCC regrettent que plus de la moiti\u00e9 des dioc\u00e8ses ne se soient pas encore acquitt\u00e9s de leurs engagements.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab \u00c0 ce jour, nous n&#8217;avons enregistr\u00e9 que 70 inscrits sur environ 3 000 attendus \u00bb,, peut-on lire dans le document.<\/p>\n<p>En accord avec CHARIS Afrique et apr\u00e8s concertation avec la Conf\u00e9rence \u00e9piscopale nationale du Congo (CENCO), les organisateurs annoncent que le congr\u00e8s est d\u00e9sormais programm\u00e9 du 19 au 25 juillet 2027, tout en rassurant que les pr\u00e9paratifs se poursuivent et que les frais d&#8217;inscription d\u00e9j\u00e0 vers\u00e9s restent s\u00e9curis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le Bureau national invite enfin les fid\u00e8les \u00e0 accueillir cette d\u00e9cision \u00ab avec action de gr\u00e2ce \u00bb et \u00e0 poursuivre les pri\u00e8res afin de garantir le succ\u00e8s de cette rencontre continentale.<\/p>\n<p>Bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Kinshasa, dans l&#8217;ouest de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo, le Renouveau charismatique catholique avait retenu la capitale congolaise pour accueillir cette 6\u1d49 \u00e9dition du Congr\u00e8s panafricain du 17 au 23 ao\u00fbt 2026. La d\u00e9cision de report a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue publique le samedi 27 juin 2026, alors que les organisateurs esp\u00e9raient initialement accueillir entre 2 000 et 3 000 participants venus de plusieurs pays africains.
