Selon la cellule de communication du secteur des Wanianga, les victimes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 surprises dans leur sommeil pendant cette catastrophe naturelle qui a plong\u00e9 plusieurs familles de cultivateurs dans le deuil.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Ce drame est survenu vers la nuit et a plong\u00e9 tous les habitants d\u2019Ihana, Luberike et Walikale en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dans une profonde tristesse, alors que plusieurs familles se retrouvent endeuill\u00e9es \u00e0 la suite de cette catastrophe naturelle, en pleine campagne o\u00f9 vivaient des cultivateurs \u00bb, indique le communiqu\u00e9 officiel.<\/p>\n<p>Le document revient \u00e9galement sur le message publi\u00e9 par le chef du groupement Ihana, selon lequel \u00ab le glissement de terrain est intervenu pendant que les victimes, englouties par les terres, \u00e9taient en plein sommeil \u00bb,.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant que les op\u00e9rations de fouille se poursuivent pour retrouver d\u2019\u00e9ventuels corps encore ensevelis sous les d\u00e9combres, les autorit\u00e9s locales expriment leur \u00e9motion face \u00e0 cette trag\u00e9die qui frappe cette partie du territoire de Walikale.<\/p>\n<p>Le Chef du Secteur des Wanianga, Dr Akilimali Bamwisho Descartes, s\u2019est dit profond\u00e9ment constern\u00e9 par la perte de ces vies humaines enregistr\u00e9es \u00e0 la limite entre Ihana et Luberike.<\/p>\n<p>Dans son message de compassion, l\u2019autorit\u00e9 sectorielle a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses sinc\u00e8res condol\u00e9ances aux familles des victimes tout en souhaitant un prompt r\u00e9tablissement \u00e0 la personne gri\u00e8vement bless\u00e9e, actuellement prise en charge \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4pital de Kibua avant son transfert \u00e0 Walikale.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 les habitants \u00e0 faire preuve de solidarit\u00e9 et de vigilance durant cette p\u00e9riode marqu\u00e9e par la recrudescence des catastrophes naturelles dans plusieurs entit\u00e9s du territoire.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derniers mois, plusieurs zones du Nord-Kivu ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des cas r\u00e9currents de glissements de terrain et d\u2019inondations li\u00e9s aux fortes pluies.
