{"id":75046,"date":"2026-04-29T23:53:19","date_gmt":"2026-04-29T21:53:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=75046"},"modified":"2026-04-29T23:53:19","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T21:53:19","slug":"rdc-rejet-sans-examen-au-fond-de-la-motion-de-defiance-contre-jacquemain-shabani","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=75046","title":{"rendered":"RDC : Rejet sans examen au fond de la motion de d\u00e9fiance contre Jacquemain Shabani"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La motion de d\u00e9fiance initi\u00e9e contre Jacquemain Shabani a \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9e sans examen au fond, \u00e0 la suite d\u2019irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s soulev\u00e9es lors de la pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re de ce mercredi 29 avril 2026 \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision est intervenue apr\u00e8s l\u2019adoption d\u2019une motion incidente introduite par le d\u00e9put\u00e9 Garry Sakata, cons\u00e9cutivement \u00e0 la lecture de la motion de d\u00e9fiance par son initiateur, le d\u00e9put\u00e9 Laddy Yangotikala.<\/p>\n<p>Prenant la parole, Garry Sakata a remis en cause l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 et la validit\u00e9 de plusieurs signatures figurant sur la liste des signataires. Sur les 55 signatures pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, il en a contest\u00e9 au moins six.<\/p>\n<p>Selon lui, certains noms repris ne correspondraient pas \u00e0 des d\u00e9put\u00e9s en fonction, \u00e9voquant notamment les positions num\u00e9rot\u00e9es 12, 35 et 36. Il a \u00e9galement affirm\u00e9 que certains \u00e9lus cit\u00e9s comme signataires ont publiquement d\u00e9menti avoir appos\u00e9 leur signature sur ladite motion.<\/p>\n<p>Au regard de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, l\u2019\u00e9lu a estim\u00e9 que la motion ne remplissait plus les conditions de recevabilit\u00e9 pr\u00e9vues par l\u2019article 235 du r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, lequel exige un minimum de 50 signatures, soit un dixi\u00e8me des membres de la Chambre.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s retrait des signatures contest\u00e9es, le nombre de signataires valides serait ainsi ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 49, en dessous du seuil requis.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab J\u2019invite les honorables d\u00e9put\u00e9s \u00e0 clore ce d\u00e9bat et \u00e0 d\u00e9clarer cette motion irrecevable<\/em> \u00bb, a-t-il plaid\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la suite de cette intervention, les travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendus afin de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019examen et au vote de la motion incidente. \u00c0 l\u2019issue du vote, la majorit\u00e9 des d\u00e9put\u00e9s a suivi l\u2019argumentation de Garry Sakata, entra\u00eenant le rejet de la motion de d\u00e9fiance initi\u00e9e par Laddy Yangotikala.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, l\u2019article 235 du r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale stipule qu\u2019une motion de d\u00e9fiance doit \u00eatre sign\u00e9e par au moins 50 d\u00e9put\u00e9s pour \u00eatre recevable.
