Cette mesure s\u2019inscrit, d\u2019apr\u00e8s les autorit\u00e9s locales de facto, dans le cadre des efforts visant \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019assainissement et la gestion urbaine dans la ville.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, sur le terrain, cette d\u00e9cision suscite d\u00e9j\u00e0 des inqui\u00e9tudes au sein de la population. Plusieurs habitants contact\u00e9s indiquent que certains agents charg\u00e9s de la perception de ces frais op\u00e9reraient dans les quartiers avec des armes \u00e0 feu, notamment des pistolets. Une situation qui alimente un climat de crainte parmi les civils.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab On nous demande de payer, mais certains viennent arm\u00e9s.
