Innocent Ndagije, Pr\u00e9sident du noyau de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile de Djomba o\u00f9 le drame a eu lieu.<br>Selon lui, l\u2019accident s\u2019est produit sur une petite descente de ce tron\u00e7on routier, sauf que jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent rien n\u2019est signal\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re concr\u00e8te comme \u00e9l\u00e9ment causal, m\u00eame s\u2019il \u00e9tait observ\u00e9 un surchargement de ce v\u00e9hicule de marque Fuso qui avait \u00e0 son bord plusieurs passagers assis sur un tas des marchandises entass\u00e9es.<br>Il a ensuite fustig\u00e9 l\u2019absence des panneaux de signalisation sur cette route reliant la nationale N\u00b02 (RN2) \u00e0 la localit\u00e9 de Bunagana vers la fronti\u00e8re Congolo-Ougandaise de Kasindi, sur laquelle roulent beaucoup des v\u00e9hicules en provenance des pays \u00e9trangers.<br>Pour ce faire, il a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la Commission Nationale de Pr\u00e9vention Routi\u00e8re (CNPR), de bien vouloir placer ces panneaux de signalisation, car, a-t-il poursuivi, ce tron\u00e7on routier comprend certaines parties qui peuvent \u00eatre dangereuses pour les conducteurs qui y roulent pour la premi\u00e8re fois.<br>Cela, permettrait d\u2019\u00e9viter des \u00e9ventuels cas similaires, surtout qu\u2019ils y sont enregistr\u00e9s en grande \u00e9chelle, a-t-il ajout\u00e9, avant de faire \u00e9galement mention de la r\u00e9glementation \u00e0 travers les services comp\u00e9tents comme la Police de circulation Routi\u00e8re (PCR), des chargements des v\u00e9hicules qui sont aussi souvent \u00e0 la base de nombreux cas d\u2019accidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Gabriel Kashugushu<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>4 personnes ont trouv\u00e9 la mort et 20 autres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bless\u00e9es au cours d\u2019un accident de circulation survenu dimanche sur le tron\u00e7on routier Rutshuru-Jomba-bunagana, a-t-on appris ce lundi de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":14,"featured_media":6503,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[9],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7415","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-societe"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
