{"id":73320,"date":"2026-03-04T11:44:09","date_gmt":"2026-03-04T09:44:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=73320"},"modified":"2026-03-04T12:05:56","modified_gmt":"2026-03-04T10:05:56","slug":"rdc-lunpc-tshopo-denonce-lenlevement-du-journaliste-serge-sindani-a-kisangani","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=73320","title":{"rendered":"RDC : l\u2019UNPC Tshopo d\u00e9nonce l\u2019enl\u00e8vement du journaliste Serge Sindani \u00e0 Kisangani"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>L&#8217;union nationale de la presse du Congo UNPC section de la Tshopo, a exprim\u00e9 mardi sa \u00ab profonde indignation \u00bb apr\u00e8s l\u2019enl\u00e8vement du journaliste Serge Sindani, interpell\u00e9 \u00e0 Kisangani par des agents se r\u00e9clamant de l\u2019Agence nationale de renseignements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 \u00e0 Kisangani, chef-lieu de la province de la Tshopo, l\u2019organisation professionnelle indique que Serge Sindani, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Groupe Rom\u00e9o et S\u0153urs, responsable du m\u00e9dia en ligne Kis24 Info et correspondant de Beto.cd, a \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9 aux environs de 12 heures locales au si\u00e8ge du FRIVAO.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019UNPC, des hommes se pr\u00e9sentant comme des agents de l\u2019 (ANR) l\u2019ont emmen\u00e9 \u00e0 bord d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule \u00ab sans qu\u2019aucune explication officielle ne lui soit fournie sur-le-champ \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab \u00c0 ce stade, il nous revient que le journaliste n\u2019a toujours pas \u00e9t\u00e9 notifi\u00e9 des faits qui lui sont reproch\u00e9s. Il n\u2019aurait pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 entendu dans le cadre d\u2019un proc\u00e8s-verbal, ni formellement inform\u00e9 des charges \u00e9ventuelles retenues contre lui \u00bb, \u00e9crit l\u2019UNPC dans son communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019organisation estime qu\u2019une telle situation constitue \u00ab une violation flagrante des droits fondamentaux garantis par la Constitution de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo, notamment le droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9fense et \u00e0 une proc\u00e9dure r\u00e9guli\u00e8re \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La libert\u00e9 de la presse et la protection des journalistes dans l\u2019exercice de leur profession sont des piliers essentiels de tout \u00c9tat de droit \u00bb, souligne la section provinciale de l\u2019UNPC.<\/p>\n<p>Elle ajoute que \u00ab l\u2019enl\u00e8vement d\u2019un professionnel des m\u00e9dias en dehors du strict respect des proc\u00e9dures l\u00e9gales porte gravement atteinte \u00e0 la d\u00e9mocratie et cr\u00e9e un climat d\u2019intimidation pr\u00e9judiciable \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de la corporation journalistique \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, l\u2019UNPC\/Tshopo condamne \u00ab cette mani\u00e8re d\u2019interpeller un professionnel des m\u00e9dias \u00bb et exige \u00ab la notification imm\u00e9diate des faits reproch\u00e9s \u00e0 Serge Sindani \u00bb.
