{"id":72920,"date":"2026-02-24T22:49:49","date_gmt":"2026-02-24T20:49:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=72920"},"modified":"2026-02-24T22:52:58","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T20:52:58","slug":"nord-kivu-la-societe-civile-du-grand-sud-exclue-du-forum-provincial-sur-les-adf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=72920","title":{"rendered":"Nord-Kivu : la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile du Grand Sud exclue du forum provincial sur les ADF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Les coordinations territoriales de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile des territoires de Rutshuru, Masisi, Nyiragongo et Walikale ont d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 lundi 23 f\u00e9vrier leur exclusion du forum provincial sur la n\u00e9buleuse Allied Democratic Forces (ADF),\u00a0 du 23 au 25 f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 Beni, dans le Nord-Kivu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 conjoint, les responsables de ces territoires, regroup\u00e9s sous la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile Forces Vives du Nord-Kivu, ont exprim\u00e9 leur \u00ab\u202fprofonde indignation\u202f\u00bb face \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils consid\u00e8rent comme un processus de consultation \u00ab\u202fnon inclusif et non \u00e9quitable\u202f\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u202fAlors que les ADF ont principalement s\u00e9vi dans le Grand Nord, leurs actions ont provoqu\u00e9 des d\u00e9placements massifs de populations dans le Grand Sud, affectant directement nos communaut\u00e9s. Ne pas \u00eatre associ\u00e9s au dialogue affaiblit la port\u00e9e et la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 des conclusions\u202f\u00bb, a-t-on lu dans ce communiqu\u00e9 parvenu \u00e0 lesvolcansnews.net ce mardi 24 f\u00e9vrier.<\/p>\n<p>Les repr\u00e9sentants de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile ont averti que cette exclusion pourrait mener \u00e0 la marginalisation du Grand Sud et compromettre la prise de d\u00e9cisions tenant compte des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s locales.<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 leur volont\u00e9 de contribuer \u00e0 \u00ab\u202ftoute initiative sinc\u00e8re visant la paix, la stabilit\u00e9 et la coh\u00e9sion sociale dans le Nord-Kivu et dans l\u2019ensemble de la RDC\u202f\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Les signataires du communiqu\u00e9 incluent Jean Claude Mambo Kawaya, Pr\u00e9sident de Sociv Nyiragongo, et Jean-Claude Bambaze, Pr\u00e9sident de Sociv Rutshuru.
