{"id":72544,"date":"2026-02-10T15:19:29","date_gmt":"2026-02-10T13:19:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=72544"},"modified":"2026-02-10T15:19:29","modified_gmt":"2026-02-10T13:19:29","slug":"forum-ministeriel-de-la-sadc-louis-watum-insiste-sur-certains-points-pour-la-construction-dun-secteur-minier-regional-integre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=72544","title":{"rendered":"Forum minist\u00e9riel de la SADC : Louis Watum insiste sur certains points pour la construction d&#8217;un secteur minier r\u00e9gional int\u00e9gr\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Le ministre des mines Louis Watum Kabamba accompagn\u00e9 d&#8217;une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation congolaise, a pris part au Forum minist\u00e9riel de la SADC sur l\u2019investissement, organis\u00e9 en marge de Mining Indaba 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette rencontre de haut niveau a r\u00e9uni les ministres en charge des mines des \u00c9tats membres de la SADC, des repr\u00e9sentants du secteur priv\u00e9 ainsi que des partenaires techniques et financiers, afin de d\u00e9battre des enjeux strat\u00e9giques li\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement du secteur minier dans la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9changes ont port\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019harmoniser les politiques mini\u00e8res au sein de la SADC, dans le but de cr\u00e9er un cadre r\u00e9gional coh\u00e9rent, attractif et comp\u00e9titif, capable de stimuler des investissements structurants et de faire du secteur minier un v\u00e9ritable moteur de croissance et de d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n<p>Tout en soulignant qu\u2019il est temps de passer \u00e0 l\u2019action, ce membre du gouvernement Suminwa 2 a insist\u00e9 sur :<br \/>\n&#8211; la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019institutionnaliser le dialogue public-priv\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle r\u00e9gionale ;<br \/>\n&#8211; l\u2019investissement dans le capital humain (formation, recherche et d\u00e9veloppement, centres d\u2019excellence), via l\u2019affectation d\u2019une part des redevances mini\u00e8res ;<br \/>\n&#8211; l\u2019augmentation des investissements dans l\u2019exploration des min\u00e9raux critiques ;<br \/>\n&#8211; le d\u00e9veloppement de cha\u00eenes de valeur r\u00e9gionales, notamment dans les batteries et les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques ;<br \/>\n&#8211; la formalisation de l\u2019exploitation mini\u00e8re artisanale \u00e0 travers l\u2019harmonisation des politiques et le partage des meilleures pratiques.<\/p>\n<p>La R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo, \u00e0 travers Wathum, r\u00e9affirme ainsi son r\u00f4le moteur dans la construction d\u2019un secteur minier r\u00e9gional int\u00e9gr\u00e9, comp\u00e9titif et r\u00e9solument orient\u00e9 vers le d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9daction<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le ministre des mines Louis Watum Kabamba accompagn\u00e9 d&#8217;une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation congolaise, a pris part au Forum minist\u00e9riel de la SADC sur l\u2019investissement, organis\u00e9 en marge de Mining Indaba 2026.
