La situation s\u00e9curitaire demeure alarmante au centre commercial de Kavumu, dans le territoire de Kabare, au Sud-Kivu, o\u00f9 la population vit dans une inqui\u00e9tude constante face \u00e0 la recrudescence des violences arm\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nFace \u00e0 cette situation le pr\u00e9sident de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, coordination de Kavumu, a lanc\u00e9 un appel \u00e0 l\u2019implication de tous pour mettre fin \u00e0 cette spirale d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00ab Nous appelons l\u2019opinion nationale et internationale \u00e0 s\u2019impliquer pour que la paix revienne durablement \u00e0 Kavumu \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Justin Mulindangabo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dressent un tableau sombre de la situation, ce dernier affirme qu\u2019en moyenne trois personnes sont tu\u00e9es chaque semaine par des hommes arm\u00e9s non identifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00ab Chaque semaine, nous enregistrons au moins trois morts. Cette situation plonge toute la population dans une peur permanente \u00bb, a-t-il confi\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Face \u00e0 cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9, le responsable de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile appelle les habitants \u00e0 la vigilance et \u00e0 la solidarit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00ab La population doit rester unie, vigilante et d\u00e9noncer tout cas suspect aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s locales \u00bb, a-t-il insist\u00e9, avant de rappeler l\u2019interdiction formelle de la justice populaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00ab Les actes de vengeance et la justice populaire ne font qu\u2019aggraver davantage l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00bb, a-t-il averti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Justin Mulindangabo souligne par ailleurs que des coups de feu sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement entendus dans plusieurs quartiers du centre commercial de Kavumu, perturbant s\u00e9rieusement la vie quotidienne des habitants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00ab Des d\u00e9tonations d\u2019armes \u00e0 feu sont devenues presque habituelles, ce qui affecte gravement le quotidien de la population \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9plor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Selon lui, seule une solution durable et concert\u00e9e pourrait soulager une population qu\u2019il qualifie de vuln\u00e9rable et d\u00e9munie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00ab Il est urgent de mettre en place des solutions durables pour prot\u00e9ger une population aujourd\u2019hui expos\u00e9e et sans d\u00e9fense \u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Il appelle enfin \u00e0 la prise en compte effective des initiatives et accords r\u00e9gionaux et internationaux visant \u00e0 restaurer la stabilit\u00e9 dans l\u2019Est de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00ab La mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9elle de ces accords peut contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des actes criminels et au retour progressif de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00bb, a-t-il conclu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
