La R\u00e9gie de distribution d\u2019eau, direction r\u00e9gionale du Sud-Kivu, informe l\u2019ensemble de ses abonn\u00e9s que les factures de consommation d\u2019eau ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9es et distribu\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s des m\u00e9nages concern\u00e9s depuis le mercredi 17 d\u00e9cembre 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nCette annonce intervient \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 le 11 d\u00e9cembre dernier, dans lequel l\u2019entreprise faisait \u00e9tat d\u2019une panne de son syst\u00e8me informatique, ayant entra\u00een\u00e9 un retard dans le traitement et la distribution des factures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Selon la direction r\u00e9gionale, les abonn\u00e9s ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 re\u00e7u leurs factures du mois de novembre 2025 sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 se pr\u00e9senter aux guichets habituels afin de s\u2019acquitter de leurs paiements. Cette d\u00e9marche concerne \u00e9galement les factures ant\u00e9rieures rest\u00e9es impay\u00e9es, pr\u00e9cise la R\u00e9gie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Les op\u00e9rations de perception sont organis\u00e9es dans plusieurs agences r\u00e9parties \u00e0 travers la ville de Bukavu. Il s\u2019agit notamment des agences de Muhungu, Kadutu, Bagira, Panzi, Nguba, Ind\u00e9pendance et Ibanda, ainsi que du bureau auxiliaire de Cimpunda, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019endroit commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9 ONL. Les bureaux de perception de Kamagema et de Kasihe sont \u00e9galement op\u00e9rationnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La direction r\u00e9gionale rassure les abonn\u00e9s que les guichets sont ouverts pour faciliter les paiements et invite la population \u00e0 r\u00e9gulariser sa situation afin d\u2019assurer la continuit\u00e9 du service de distribution d\u2019eau potable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
