F\u00e9lix Antoine Tshisekedi a exprim\u00e9 sa vive inqui\u00e9tude concernant le non-respect par le Rwanda de l\u2019accord de paix r\u00e9cemment ent\u00e9rin\u00e9 \u00e0 Washington sous la m\u00e9diation de Donald Trump.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Tshisekedi, le Rwanda avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 viol\u00e9 le cessez-le-feu d\u00e8s le lendemain de sa signature, alors que la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo s\u2019engage pleinement \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre cet accord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat congolais, des unit\u00e9s rwandaises auraient men\u00e9 des attaques arm\u00e9es depuis la ville de Bugarama, provoquant d\u2019importants d\u00e9g\u00e2ts humains et mat\u00e9riels dans plusieurs localit\u00e9s du Sud-Kivu, dont Kaziba, Katogota et Lubarika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces actions, selon lui, illustreraient un sch\u00e9ma de violations r\u00e9currentes document\u00e9 par les experts des Nations unies dans leurs rapports de juin et septembre 2025, qui attribuent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9tat rwandais un contr\u00f4le effectif sur les op\u00e9rations du groupe arm\u00e9 M23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut signaler que, dans le m\u00eame discours sur l\u2019\u00e9tat de la nation, des mesures d\u2019assistance aux familles d\u00e9plac\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 promises par F\u00e9lix Antoine Tshisekedi, notamment dans les deux provinces sous \u00e9tat de si\u00e8ge o\u00f9 les sites de d\u00e9plac\u00e9s se comptent par centaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9daction<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le chef de l&#8217;\u00c9tat a tenu un discours \u00e0 la nation devant les deux chambres du Parlement r\u00e9unies en congr\u00e8s ce lundi 08 d\u00e9cembre 2025.
