La modernisation de cet ouvrage, qui traverse le quartier Mapendo avant de se d\u00e9verser dans le lac Kivu, est d\u00e9sormais relanc\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Selon le gouverneur Erasto Musanga Bahati, la r\u00e9habilitation des routes, des caniveaux et la suppression des nids-de-poule dans tous les coins de Goma restent une priorit\u00e9, et ces travaux s\u2019inscrivent dans cette dynamique.<\/p>\r\n<p>Dans son allocution, le maire adjoint de Goma issu du M23, D\u00e9sir\u00e9 Ngabo, a salu\u00e9 les efforts des autorit\u00e9s en place pour am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie de la population.<br \/>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Muyisa Kambere Lumumba, porte-parole du gouverneur M23, a tenu \u00e0 rassurer la population que ce projet est enti\u00e8rement financ\u00e9 par le gouvernement, avec un impact local et communautaire important. Il a insist\u00e9 sur la d\u00e9termination des autorit\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre d\u00e9finitivement la probl\u00e9matique de canalisation des eaux, laquelle constituait depuis longtemps un casse-t\u00eate pour les habitants des quartiers p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques.<\/p>\r\n<p>Le gouverneur Bahati Musanga Erasto a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : <em>\u00ab Cette nouvelle \u00e8re est celle du changement.
