Selon le Code minier congolais, tout transfert ou exportation d\u2019un colis de diamant depuis le Kasa\u00ef Oriental est soumis au paiement obligatoire d\u2019une taxe \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 1 % de la valeur marchande de la marchandise, faute de quoi l\u2019op\u00e9ration est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme frauduleuse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab <em>Quelques textes l\u00e9gaux et r\u00e9glementaires pertinents peuvent fonder la mesure d&#8217;interception d&#8217;un colis de diamant au Kasa\u00ef Oriental lorsqu\u2019il fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un export ou transfert sans paiement des taxes<\/em> \u00bb, indique le document officiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Code pr\u00e9cise en outre que \u00ab <em>concernant sp\u00e9cifiquement le diamant, les exportations sont assujetties \u00e0 une obligation de d\u00e9claration, notamment dans le domaine artisanal, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 une taxe d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat commun de 1 % sur les transactions or\/diamant pour certains cas<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces dispositions s\u2019inscrivent dans un cadre plus large encadrant les op\u00e9rations mini\u00e8res dans le pays. \u00ab <em>Ce code institue un r\u00e9gime fiscal, douanier et de redevances applicable aux substances min\u00e9rales.
