Les fissures et les trous cr\u00e9\u00e9s par ces eaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 aplanis, ce qui permet d\u00e9sormais aux v\u00e9hicules, qui \u00e9taient bloqu\u00e9s de part et d\u2019autre de la rivi\u00e8re, de reprendre la circulation depuis la matin\u00e9e de ce jeudi 13 novembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Oui, c\u2019est vrai, la route est d\u00e9j\u00e0 rouverte. Je viens d\u2019y passer : les eaux ne d\u00e9bordent plus et sont d\u00e9sormais en quantit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite. On a plac\u00e9 plusieurs pierres dans ce trou et les v\u00e9hicules commencent \u00e0 traverser ais\u00e9ment \u00bb, fait savoir un voyageur en provenance de Goma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si, pour notre source, ce petit soulagement est le fruit de la mobilisation des habitants locaux qui ont tout fait pour trouver une solution provisoire, d\u2019autres sources, en revanche, attribuent cette r\u00e9ouverture aux autorit\u00e9s provinciales de l\u2019AFC\/M23, qui se seraient impliqu\u00e9es pour qu\u2019une solution soit trouv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans tous les cas, les voyageurs plaident pour une solution durable, indiquant que la saison des pluies, \u00e0 l\u2019origine de cette situation, n\u2019est pas encore termin\u00e9e.
