Nous fonctionnons dans des conditions tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9caires. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour offrir aux malades quelques soins de soulagement, mais il faut reconna\u00eetre que nous ne travaillons pas selon les normes<\/em> \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le responsable sanitaire d\u00e9plore \u00e9galement le manque de m\u00e9dicaments et d\u2019\u00e9quipements m\u00e9dicaux. Le centre ne dispose que de quatre lits d\u2019observation \u00e9quip\u00e9s de matelas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab<em> Nous observons uniquement les malades grabataires.
