Cette annonce a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite via un communiqu\u00e9 officiel du minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, coop\u00e9ration internationale et francophonie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9forme s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du programme d\u2019action du gouvernement 2024-2028, avec pour objectif principal de renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des documents de voyage et de faciliter l&#8217;acc\u00e8s au passeport pour les citoyens congolais.<\/p>\n<h3>Un processus enti\u00e8rement digitalis\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Le nouveau passeport sera d\u00e9sormais disponible exclusivement via une proc\u00e9dure en ligne, accessible sur le site officiel du minist\u00e8re : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.passeport.gouv.cd\/\">www.passeport.gouv.cd<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le co\u00fbt de d\u00e9livrance est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 75 USD, payable :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>soit en esp\u00e8ces aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019une des agences de la banque Equity BCDC,<\/li>\n<li>soit en ligne sur le portail officiel de demande de passeport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Des centres de capture dans les provinces<\/h3>\n<p>Dans un souci de proximit\u00e9 et d&#8217;efficacit\u00e9, le gouvernement annonce que de nouveaux centres de capture biom\u00e9trique sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 op\u00e9rationnels \u00e0 Kinshasa, et sont progressivement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s dans les chefs-lieux de provinces. Ces centres permettront de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la forte demande des citoyens tout en r\u00e9duisant les d\u00e9lais de traitement.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Un document conforme aux normes internationales<\/h3>\n<p>Selon le minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, le nouveau passeport est conforme \u00e0 la norme 39794 de l\u2019Organisation de l\u2019Aviation Civile Internationale (OACI), garantissant ainsi sa validit\u00e9 internationale et une meilleure protection des donn\u00e9es personnelles.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le lancement du nouveau passeport n\u2019est pas une d\u00e9cision impulsive, mais une d\u00e9marche anticip\u00e9e en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des normes internationales. Ce passeport r\u00e9pond aux exigences de la norme 39794 de l\u2019OACI [\u2026], garantissant ainsi la libre circulation de nos citoyens, tout en leur offrant une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 maximale pour leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Th\u00e9r\u00e8se Kayikwamba Wagner, ministre d\u2019\u00c9tat, ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Une technologie de pointe contre la fraude<\/h3>\n<p>Le nouveau passeport congolais int\u00e8gre des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avanc\u00e9s afin de lutter efficacement contre la fraude et la falsification. Il comprend notamment :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une micropuce RFID sans contact ;<\/li>\n<li>une page de donn\u00e9es en polycarbonate tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistante ;<\/li>\n<li>des hologrammes et filigranes pour une meilleure protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De plus, le document passe de 32 \u00e0 38 pages, offrant davantage d\u2019espace pour les visas et les tampons.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le gouvernement rassure que les anciens passeports demeurent valides jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 leur date d\u2019expiration.
