Cette relance tant attendue s\u2019est op\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 la faveur d\u2019une descente de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 provinciale sur les lieux, marquant le retour progressif \u00e0 la normalit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode de paralysie judiciaire caus\u00e9e par des actes de vandalisme.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon des sources judiciaires consult\u00e9es mercredi, le parquet et le tribunal de grande instance avaient cess\u00e9 de fonctionner depuis f\u00e9vrier dernier. \u00c0 l\u2019origine de cette paralysie : un acte de vandalisme perp\u00e9tr\u00e9 par des \u00e9l\u00e9ments qualifi\u00e9s d&#8217;\u00ab inciviques \u00bb, causant d&#8217;importants d\u00e9g\u00e2ts mat\u00e9riels dans les installations judiciaires.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9sent sur place, le vice-gouverneur du Sud-Kivu, Jean-Jacques Elakano, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Cette descente marque le d\u00e9but du processus de r\u00e9initialisation des instances judiciaires locales [&#8230;] La restauration de l&#8217;autorit\u00e9 de l&#8217;\u00c9tat passe in\u00e9vitablement par une justice \u00e9quitable. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Dans un appel solennel, il a exhort\u00e9 tous les agents judiciaires \u00e0 reprendre leurs fonctions sans d\u00e9lai, insistant sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de servir la nation avec responsabilit\u00e9 et engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9phine Mudimbi Banakayi, procureur en poste \u00e0 Uvira, a salu\u00e9 cette intervention des autorit\u00e9s provinciales et exprim\u00e9 son optimisme quant \u00e0 la suite<em> :<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette initiative, le blocage qui freinait le fonctionnement de l&#8217;appareil judiciaire est en voie de r\u00e9solution<\/em> \u00bb, a-t-elle affirm\u00e9, avant de souligner que \u00ab le retour \u00e0 la norme est \u00e9minent. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9ouverture des instances judiciaires est largement per\u00e7ue par la population locale comme un signal fort en faveur du r\u00e9tablissement de l\u2019ordre et de la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans cette zone encore marqu\u00e9e par l\u2019instabilit\u00e9.
