Safari Prince, d\u00e9plore la recrudescence des cas de vol de filets et informe que les jeunes sont de plus en plus impliqu\u00e9s.<br><br><em>\u00ab Chose \u00e9tonnante, ce voleur, Heri Rwesi, a \u00e9t\u00e9 attrap\u00e9 \u00e0 maintes reprises avec plus de dix documents qu&#8217;il avait sign\u00e9s pour affirmer qu&#8217;il ne volerait plus de filets. Malheureusement, il a r\u00e9cidiv\u00e9. La population est d\u00e9j\u00e0 fatigu\u00e9e\u2026<\/em> \u00bb a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<br><br>Il pr\u00e9cise qu&#8217;en attendant, des filets vol\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remis aux autorit\u00e9s de l&#8217;AFC\/M23, qui contr\u00f4lent Ishovu.
