Elle a caus\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9normes d\u00e9g\u00e2ts mat\u00e9riels, des inondations et laiss\u00e9 plusieurs personnes sans abri.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le secr\u00e9taire administratif de la Chefferie de Buhavu, M.
