Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 Kakule Saa Sita, membre de la coalition Lamuka, estime que le bureau de la CENI doit pr\u00e9alablement justifier le montant d\u2019un milliard cinq cent millions de dollars qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9caiss\u00e9 pour l\u2019organisation des \u00e9lections g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et locale en RDC, avant tout autre financement \u00e0 remettre \u00e0 la centrale \u00e9lectorale.
Si aujourd\u2019hui les m\u00eames personnes qui avaient soutenues l\u2019argent pour organiser les \u00e9lections \u00e9tait disponible, peuvent encore r\u00e9clamer d\u2019autres financement, alors il faut conclure que les animateurs de la CENI doivent avoir d\u00e9tourner l\u2019argent d\u00e9caiss\u00e9 par le gouvernement et par cons\u00e9quent ils doivent fournir des explications quant \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de cet argent, avant tout autre d\u00e9caissement, a-t-il poursuivi.
L\u2019honorable Kakule Saa Sita, ne croit pas \u00e0 l\u2019organisation des \u00e9lections locales, \u00e0 cause d\u2019un m\u00eame syst\u00e8me qui a \u00e9chou\u00e9 \u00e0 organiser ses \u00e9lections voici plus de 15 ans, et invite M. Corneille Nanga de d\u00e9missionner de ses fonctions, car \u00e0 chaque fin de cycle \u00e9lectorale, les animateurs de la CENI doivent \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 et ce conform\u00e9ment aux Lois du pays, a-t-il conclu.
