Le ministre d\u2019\u00c9tat de la Justice, Constant Mutamba, a assist\u00e9, jeudi 5 d\u00e9cembre, au prononc\u00e9 du verdict en appel concernant le proc\u00e8s de Cornelle Nangaa et de ses complices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s la confirmation de leur condamnation \u00e0 la peine de mort, le ministre a assur\u00e9 que des dispositions avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 prises pour proc\u00e9der imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 l’ex\u00e9cution des condamn\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 Kinshasa.

Il a ajout\u00e9 que cinq des accus\u00e9s \u00e9taient toujours d\u00e9tenus \u00e0 la prison militaire de Ndolo, dont un proche parent de l’ex-dirigeant de la Commission \u00e9lectorale nationale ind\u00e9pendante (CENI), Cornelle Nangaa.

Le ministre de la Justice a par ailleurs annonc\u00e9 l’\u00e9mission imm\u00e9diate de mandats d\u2019arr\u00eat internationaux contre Nangaa et ses affili\u00e9s, qui continuent d\u2019op\u00e9rer dans la partie nord du pays. <\/p>\n\n\n\n


En compl\u00e9ment, le gouvernement a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de vendre aux ench\u00e8res les biens meubles et immeubles des condamn\u00e9s.

Cornelle Nangaa, leader du mouvement Alliance Fleuve Congo (AFC), est toujours actif dans le nord du pays o\u00f9 il m\u00e8ne un combat avec le groupe arm\u00e9 M23 pour renverser le r\u00e9gime en place. Ce groupe continue de d\u00e9fier les autorit\u00e9s, mena\u00e7ant ainsi la stabilit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9gion.
