L’opposant Jacky Ndala, ancien cadre du parti de Mo\u00efse Katumbi, a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 et \u00ab mis en d\u00e9tention provisoire en attendant le prononc\u00e9 du Tribunal de Paix de Kinkole \u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 son avocat, Biselo Ndosimau Eric, jeudi 29 novembre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’opposant est accus\u00e9 par l’\u00c9tat congolais de \u00ab propagation des faux bruits \u00bb apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 en septembre 2024 avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 victime de viol lors de sa d\u00e9tention en 2021, dans un local de l’Agence nationale des renseignements (ANR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Nous sommes inquiets de l’\u00e9tat des droits de l’homme dans notre pays. Une victime de viol a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9e et va \u00eatre envoy\u00e9e \u00e0 la prison de Makala tout simplement parce qu’il a eu le courage de d\u00e9noncer un abus \u00bb, a d\u00e9plor\u00e9 son avocat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La justice congolaise a \u00e9galement requis une peine de trois ans de prison ferme contre Jacky Ndala pour les accusations port\u00e9es \u00e0 son encontre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’opposant, qui avait fait partie de l\u2019entourage de Mo\u00efse Katumbi, l’un des principaux rivaux politiques du pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi, est d\u00e9sormais au centre d’une pol\u00e9mique li\u00e9e \u00e0 ses d\u00e9nonciations de tortures et de traitements inhumains pendant sa d\u00e9tention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
