Le maire de la ville de Goma, chef-lieu de la province du Nord-Kivu \u00e0 l’est de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo, vient de lever sa d\u00e9cision portant \u00ab annulation du festival Amani \u00bb qui devrait se tenir en date du 15 au 17 novembre 2024.<\/strong>

L’autorit\u00e9 urbaine justifie sa d\u00e9cision par la situation s\u00e9curitaire qui est \u00ab g\u00e9rable \u00bb par les services \u00e0 son commandement contrairement \u00e0 son communiqu\u00e9 du 12 novembre dans lequel, le commissaire sup\u00e9rieur principal Kapend Kamand Faustin faisait allusion \u00e0 une probl\u00e9matique d’ordre s\u00e9curitaire.

Annul\u00e9 le 12 puis lev\u00e9 le 15 novembre, une d\u00e9cision \u00e0 la Congolaise ?<\/strong>

Des internautes divergent les id\u00e9es et disent qu’ils seraient dirig\u00e9s par des autorit\u00e9s \u00ab stagiaires \u00bb qui d\u00e9cident quand elles veulent et o\u00f9 elles veulent sans pourtant consulter leur hi\u00e9rarchie.

\u00ab Ce qui f\u00e2che est que pas plutard qu’il y a deux semaines, les organisateurs du festival Amani ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7us par le gouverneur militaire Chirimwami mais malheureusement en deux jours de ce dernier, le maire annule. A-t-il consult\u00e9 son chef avant de prendre sa d\u00e9cision ? \u00bb, s’interroge une des sources sous couverte d’anonymat.
