{"id":5882,"date":"2019-11-06T16:04:49","date_gmt":"2019-11-06T16:04:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/2019\/11\/06\/goma-les-defenseurs-judiciaires-exigent-la-liberation-de-leur-syndic\/"},"modified":"2019-11-06T16:04:49","modified_gmt":"2019-11-06T16:04:49","slug":"goma-les-defenseurs-judiciaires-exigent-la-liberation-de-leur-syndic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=5882","title":{"rendered":"Goma: Les d\u00e9fenseurs judiciaires exigent la lib\u00e9ration de leur syndic"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br>Les d\u00e9fenseurs judiciaires de la ville de Goma, exigent la lib\u00e9ration sans condition de leur syndic, Me Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Kigovi Tsongo, arr\u00eat\u00e9 depuis le mardi 05 novembre, par le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la cour d\u2019appel du Nord-Kivu.<br>Selon ces d\u00e9fenseurs judiciaires m\u00e9contents de cette arrestation qu\u2019ils estiment arbitraire, ils plaident pour l\u2019innocence de Me Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Kigovi, dans un dossier ouvert au parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral contre son client qu\u2019il assiste \u00e0 cette juridiction sur un conflit foncier.<br>Dans une interview, accord\u00e9e ce mercredi 06 novembre 2019 \u00e0 la presse locale, Me Luccin Mwendapole, charg\u00e9 de discipline du corps des d\u00e9fenseurs judiciaires, a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que leur syndic est victime des pi\u00e8ces, notamment un contrat, que le parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, qualifie de faux documents, que son client aurait fourni devant cette instance judiciaire.
