{"id":58564,"date":"2024-10-04T10:15:24","date_gmt":"2024-10-04T10:15:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=58564"},"modified":"2024-10-04T10:15:24","modified_gmt":"2024-10-04T10:15:24","slug":"nord-kivu-voici-les-recommandations-du-parti-acdip-au-gouvernement-apres-le-naufrage-a-kituku","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=58564","title":{"rendered":"Nord-Kivu : voici les recommandations du parti ACDIP au gouvernement apr\u00e8s le naufrage \u00e0 Kituku"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Le parti politique Alliance des Congolais pour la D\u00e9fense des Int\u00e9r\u00eats du Peuple Congolais ACDIP Nord-Kivu regrettre la mort de 23 personnes et des disparus sur le lac Kivu le\u00a0 Jeudi 3 octobre 2024 aux environs de 11h heures de Goma \u00e0 la suite d&#8217;un naufrage d&#8217;un bateau en direction du port de Kituku<\/strong>.<br><br>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 officiel rendu public vendredi, ce parti politique cher au Notable Jonas Kasimba adresse ses condol\u00e9ances les plus attrist\u00e9es \u00e0 toutes les familles touch\u00e9es par cette trag\u00e9die, tout en d\u00e9plorant la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 dans l&#8217;application de la l\u00e9gislation de transport fluvial et lacustre.<br><br>&#8220;Le Nord et le Sud-Kivu pleurent en ce moment les leurs \u00e0 la suite de ce naufrage. Que des \u00e2mes des illustres disparus reposent en paix et un prompt r\u00e9tablissement aux rescap\u00e9s&#8221;, peut-on lire dans ce communiqu\u00e9.<br><br>L&#8217;ACDIP condamne ce naufrage de trop sur les eaux du lac Kivu et demande au Gouvernement Congolais de renforcer la r\u00e9glementation des transports (Fluvial, Lacustre, routier et a\u00e9rien) et de veiller strictement \u00e0 son application pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnes et de leurs biens dans ce secteur.<br><br>En provenance de Minova au Sud-Kivu, le bateau Merdi a chavir\u00e9 \u00e0 quelques m\u00e8tres du port de Kituku \u00e0 Goma avec \u00e0 son bord une centaine de personnes.\u00a0 Selon le gouvernement provincial du Nord-Kivu, 23 personnes sont mortes, 58 survivants et des cargaisons importantes de marchandises coul\u00e9es.
