{"id":58030,"date":"2024-09-19T12:03:37","date_gmt":"2024-09-19T12:03:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=58030"},"modified":"2024-09-19T15:17:23","modified_gmt":"2024-09-19T15:17:23","slug":"kalehe-un-agent-humanitaire-tue-par-balle-a-kalonge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=58030","title":{"rendered":"Kalehe : un agent humanitaire tu\u00e9 par balle \u00e0 Kalonge"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Apr\u00e8s le meurtre de Barhondeze Lushombo, chef d&#8217;antenne de l&#8217;ONG Caritas \u00e0 Kalonge dans le territoire de Kalehe au Sud-Kivu, le mouvement citoyen OBAPG d\u00e9nonce l&#8217;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 grandissante dans cette partie de la chefferie de Buhavu<\/strong>. <br><br>Dans une d\u00e9claration ce jeudi 19 septembre, Yoweli Nyabirungu, activiste du mouvement\u00a0 citoyen Observatoire d&#8217;Actions Parlementaires et Gouvernementales (OBAPG-RDC) d\u00e9nonce cette ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui r\u00e8gne \u00e0 Cholobera et qui\u00a0 occasionne ainsi des\u00a0 pertes en vies humaines. <br><br>\u00ab <em>C&#8217;est par grande d\u00e9convenue et larmes aux yeux que le mouvement citoyen OBAPG RDC noyau de kalonge a appris le meurtre tragique et l\u00e2che\u00a0 du regrett\u00e9 susmentionn\u00e9, meurtre commis par les wazalendo au moyen d&#8217;un coup de cartouche \u00e0 la barri\u00e8re \u00e9rig\u00e9e par les wazalendo chez Nabwishaza \u00e0 cholobera aux heures du matin de ce jeudi, alors qu&#8217;il \u00e9tait \u00e0 bord d&#8217;une moto en itin\u00e9rance vers le lieu de son travail<\/em> \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<br><br>\u00c0 lui d&#8217;ajouter : \u00ab <em>OBAPG RDC regrette le silence radio et l&#8217;\u0153il impuissant des autorit\u00e9s \u00e0 tous les niveaux face \u00e0 ces barri\u00e8res ill\u00e9gales qui continuent \u00e0 \u00eatre source d&#8217;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour toute la population et qui continuent \u00e0 endeuiller les familles dans le groupement de Kalonge. Nous avons alert\u00e9 les autorit\u00e9s, il y a deux semaines mais sans suite.
