Le patron de la sous-division de l’EPST karisimbi en ville de Goma, Jacques Makelele, a adress\u00e9 une note urgente aux chefs d’\u00e9tablissements, les appelant \u00e0 exiger des enseignants gr\u00e9vistes qu’ils reprennent les cours d\u00e8s le lundi 9 septembre 2024, sous peine de d\u00e9sertion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’absence prolong\u00e9e de nombreux enseignants depuis le lundi 2 septembre 2024 met en p\u00e9ril le bon d\u00e9roulement de l’ann\u00e9e scolaire et compromet le droit \u00e0 l’\u00e9ducation des \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans sa note, Jacques Makelele stipule : “Vous \u00eates demand\u00e9s d’inviter tous les enseignants qui, depuis le 02\/09\/2024, n’ont pas encore repris les activit\u00e9s scolaires, \u00e0 reprendre les cours le lundi 09\/09\/2024 \u00e0 7h30.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il souligne l’urgence de la situation : “Il est imp\u00e9ratif que tous les enseignants absents reprennent leurs fonctions sans d\u00e9lai. \u00c0 d\u00e9faut de reprise effective, vous \u00eates instruits de proc\u00e9der imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 l’\u00e9laboration des constats d’absences.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il conclut avec une mise en garde : “Faute de le faire, vous \u00eates instruits de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l’\u00e9laboration des constats d’absences, ce qui aboutira \u00e0 la d\u00e9sertion des concern\u00e9s et permettra leur remplacement selon les instructions en vigueur.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
