{"id":57114,"date":"2024-08-26T19:13:03","date_gmt":"2024-08-26T19:13:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=57114"},"modified":"2024-08-26T19:13:36","modified_gmt":"2024-08-26T19:13:36","slug":"remise-de-fonction-a-loblc-nord-kivu-mme-bosengo-baenda-cathy-prend-les-renes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=57114","title":{"rendered":"Remise de fonction \u00e0 l&#8217;OBLC\/Nord-Kivu : Mme Bosengo Baenda Cathy prend les r\u00eanes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise et reprise \u00e0 l&#8217;Office pour la bonne gouvernance et la lutte contre la corruption (OBLC) du Nord-Kivu a eu lieu ce lundi 26 ao\u00fbt \u00e0 Goma.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Mme Bosengo Baenda Cathy a officiellement pris ses fonctions en tant qu&#8217;auditrice provinciale, succ\u00e9dant \u00e0 Me Rostanf Katembo Saidi Kahongya, qui a quitt\u00e9 son poste apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es de service.<br><br>&#8220;C\u2019est pour moi un honneur de pr\u00e9sider \u00e0 la destin\u00e9e de l\u2019OBLC, ce jour m\u00e9morable de ma prise de fonction en qualit\u00e9 d\u2019auditrice provinciale&#8221;, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Mme Bosengo Baenda Cathy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Elle a \u00e9galement exprim\u00e9 sa gratitude envers le gouverneur de province, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral major Peter Chirimwami Nkuba, pour la confiance plac\u00e9e en elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> &#8220;Je lui rassure de mon engagement \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter sans faille les missions qui me sont confi\u00e9es&#8221;, a-t-elle ajout\u00e9.<br><br>Mme Bosengo a d\u00e9taill\u00e9 ses priorit\u00e9s pour son mandat : &#8220;<em>Ma mission \u00e0 la t\u00eate de cette institution se r\u00e9sumera sur deux axes principaux : la redynamisation et l\u2019implantation des antennes de l\u2019OBLC sur toute l\u2019\u00e9tendue de la province, et un contr\u00f4le rigoureux afin d\u2019\u00e9radiquer les r\u00e9seaux mafieux de d\u00e9tournement des recettes provinciales. Cela permettra \u00e0 notre province d&#8217;avoir les moyens n\u00e9cessaires pour sa politique<\/em>.&#8221;<br><br>Dieudonn\u00e9 Mulaghalya, secr\u00e9taire provincial et superviseur de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, a profit\u00e9 de l&#8217;occasion pour offrir des conseils \u00e0 la nouvelle auditrice et appeler l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de l\u2019OBLC \u00e0 soutenir Mme Bosengo.
