C&#8217;est apr\u00e8s l&#8217;effondrement la nuit du pont Kasoso, jet\u00e9 sur la rivi\u00e8re portant le m\u00eame nom en plein parc national des Virunga.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><iframe title=\"Arrestation des d\u00e9put\u00e9s au Nord-Kivu :  \u00e9ni\u00e8me violation de la proc\u00e9dure par les militaires (invit\u00e9)\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/H9buD1HwOQY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile de Ishasha, les fortes pluies qui se sont abattues vers 2 heures du matin ont caus\u00e9 des inondations notamment celles de ce pont. Sawa Sawa Romy, pr\u00e9sident de cette structure citoyenne parle des grandes difficult\u00e9s que font face les usagers de cet axe apr\u00e8s l&#8217;effondrement de ce pont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab <em>Les inondations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nombreuses suite \u00e0 cette pluie, c&#8217;est notamment sur le pont Kasoso qui relie Ishasha \u00e0 Nyakakoma, ce pont est d&#8217;importance capital car il est utilis\u00e9 tout les jours. \u00c0 l&#8217;heure o\u00f9 je vous parle les usagers ne savent pas comment faire<\/em> \u00bb indique cet acteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il appelle \u00e0 l&#8217;implication urgente des autorit\u00e9s locales et ses partenaires pour que cet \u00e9difice soit r\u00e9habilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab <em>Nous lan\u00e7ons notre plaidoyer au pr\u00e8s des gens du Parc ( ICCN) de nous venir en aide en construisant un autre pont sur la rivi\u00e8re Kasoso car C&#8217;est eux qui sont situ\u00e9s proche de cette partie<\/em> \u00bb pr\u00e9cise-t-il.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il sied de signaler que pour traverser cette rivi\u00e8re ce mardi 30 avril, les usagers sont oblig\u00e9s d&#8217;\u00eatre transport\u00e9s avec leurs effets par quelques jeunes courageux de l&#8217;agglom\u00e9ration d&#8217;Ishasha, indique, \u00e0 son tour, le pr\u00e9sident du conseil de la jeunesse de l&#8217;agglom\u00e9ration de Ishasha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieu-Merci Mumbere<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le trafic est coup\u00e9 depuis la nuit du lundi \u00e0 ce mardi 30 avril 2024 sur l&#8217;axe routier Ishasha-Nyakakoma dans le groupement Binza en territoire de Rutshuru.
