Cette somme, jug\u00e9e &#8220;exorbitante&#8221;, repr\u00e9sente une augmentation de 44% par rapport \u00e0 90 000 francs pay\u00e9s l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><iframe title=\"Quand voldie MAPENZI parle de son parcours\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PkOjfUprr2I?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Julienne KASILAMO, leader de la th\u00e9matique &#8220;Education&#8221; au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, a fustig\u00e9 cette d\u00e9cision, soulignant la situation socio-\u00e9conomique difficile, que traverse la population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Est-ce qu&#8217;on tient compte de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 socio-\u00e9conomique des parents ? La ville est enclav\u00e9e, nous sommes coup\u00e9s de toutes les autres provinces de l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur, les sinistres sont l\u00e0, la vie est devenue tellement ch\u00e8re. On sait bien que pour organiser les examens il faut de l&#8217;argent, oui ce n&#8217;est pas mauvais, mais en fixant ces frais, le comit\u00e9 provincial a-t-il tenu compte de cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ? C&#8217;est vrai que le gouverneur fixe les frais, mais il doit le faire en tenant compte de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sur le terrain. Les parents aujourd&#8217;hui souffrent.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prisca LUANDA, conseill\u00e8re principale du gouverneur militaire en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9ducation, a reconnu les difficult\u00e9s que traverse la province. Elle a n\u00e9anmoins, affirm\u00e9 que c&#8217;est un comit\u00e9 technique, compos\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentants des parents d&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ves, qui a propos\u00e9 ce montant au gouverneur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Les taux fluctuent. Je crois que quand \u00e7a a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9, le dollar \u00e9tait autour de 2700 francs et aujourd&#8217;hui nous sommes \u00e0 130 000 francs congolais. Nous avons suivi les r\u00e9clamations des personnes qui ne font pas partie du comit\u00e9 provincial, que \u00e7a soit la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, les parents et les enseignants. Tous sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans le comit\u00e9 provincial et ce sont les m\u00eames personnes qui proposent \u00e0 l&#8217;autorit\u00e9 les frais \u00e0 payer. C&#8217;est apr\u00e8s cette proposition que l&#8217;autorit\u00e9 a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de fixer les frais \u00e0 130 000 francs congolais.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de noter que ces frais sont subdivis\u00e9s en 75 000 francs pour les examens hors session d\u00e9j\u00e0 pass\u00e9s le 17 f\u00e9vrier dernier et le reste pour la session ordinaire.
