Cons\u00e9cutivement \u00e0 la tenue des \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives le 20 D\u00e9cembre 2023, le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, chef de l’Etat, son excellence Monsieur F\u00e9lix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, vient de confier, ce mercredi 7 f\u00e9vrier 2024 une mission d’information \u00e0 Augustin Kabuya Tshilumba secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’Union pour la d\u00e9mocratie et le progr\u00e8s social UDPS-Tshisekedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il aura comme objectif d’identifier la formation du gouvernement et ce, conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de l’article 78 de la constitution”, peut-on lire sur ce communiqu\u00e9 officiel sign\u00e9 par M. Guylain Nyembo Mbwizya de la structure pr\u00e9sidentielle.

Selon ce document, ladite mission est fix\u00e9e pour un d\u00e9lais de 30 jours renouvel\u00e9e une fois. Et donc, M. Augustin Kabuya Tshilumba est charg\u00e9 de consulter les partis, regroupements et personnalit\u00e9s politiques, toutes tendances confondues, appel\u00e9s \u00e0 si\u00e9ger \u00e0 l’assembl\u00e9e Nationale, aux termes des r\u00e9sultats provisoires proclam\u00e9s par la commission \u00e9lectorale nationale ind\u00e9pendante (CENI), d\u00e8s lors qu’aucun de ces partis ou regroupements politiques n’a atteint la majorit\u00e9 absolue des si\u00e8ges.

Finalement, l’informateur rendra les conclusions de la mission au Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique.
