Dans un message de condol\u00e9ances parvenu \u00e0 lesvolcansnews.net de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile noyau de Bulengera ce mercredi 10 janvier 2024, adress\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9quipe administrative de la commune de Bulengera, le pr\u00e9sident de la structure citoyenne de Bulengera en ville de Butembo, John Paluku Kameta se dit tr\u00e8s touch\u00e9 par la nouvelle du d\u00e9c\u00e8s du bourgoumestre adjoint policier de la municipalit\u00e9 Minga Zacharie qui \u00e9tait un partenaire de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile dans le cadre s\u00e9curitaire.

“La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile commune Bulengera est vraiment d\u00e9sol\u00e9e d’apprendre la perte tragique du bourgmestre adjoint de la commune Bulengera. C’est une p\u00e9riode tr\u00e8s difficile, et mes pens\u00e9es vont \u00e0 l’administration de Bulengera, ainsi qu’\u00e0 la famille et aux proches de minga Zacharie bourgmestre adjoint de la commune Bulengera ville de Butembo” a t’il \u00e9crit.

D’apr\u00e8s John Paluku kameta, Minga Zacharie a certainement jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le important dans la commune de Bulengera, et son d\u00e9c\u00e8s est une perte profonde.

“La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile tient \u00e0 exprimer ses plus sinc\u00e8res condol\u00e9ances \u00e0 l’administration de Bulengera, \u00e0 tous ceux qui connaissaient et appr\u00e9ciaient minga Zacharie , ainsi qu’\u00e0 sa famille et ses amis.”

Il appelle \u00e0 la solidarit\u00e9 dans ces moments difficiles, et de se soutenir mutuellement.
