Ce qui pourra promouvoir, selon lui, le franc congolais par rapport \u00e0 la monnaie us\u00e9e chez Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.<br><br>C&#8217;est depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es que les habitants des territoires de Mahagi et Aru se sont livr\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation de la monnaie Ougandaise. Malgr\u00e9 des tentatives de la part des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s civiles locales et F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des entreprises du Congo locales, cette situation n&#8217;a jamais trouv\u00e9 gain de cause. Mais est-ce que cette promesse du vice-premier ministre et ministre de l&#8217;\u00e9conomie sera-t-elle r\u00e9aliste ?
