Il constitue maintenant un danger permanent pour ses usagers. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><iframe title=\"kalehe : les groupes arm\u00e9s un probl\u00e8me majeur pour le developpement\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5S6nyNQslbQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>alerte a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e, le jeudi 26 octobre 2023, par le fonctionnaire d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat de Kipese au terme de la descente qu\u2019il a effectu\u00e9e sur le lieu pour s\u2019impr\u00e9gner de l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel de pont situ\u00e9 pr\u00eat du village Kitaki, \u00e0 environ 15 kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 l\u2019Est de Kipese.<br><br>Paluku Kangitsi Karudi appelle les usagers de cette route de desserte agricole et surtout les chauffeurs des camions \u00e0 la prudence pour \u00e9viter d\u2019\u00e9ventuels incidents.<br><br>&#8221; Nous y avons fait une descente et avons \u00e9galement constat\u00e9 des \u00e9boulements. Un mur s&#8217;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 effondr\u00e9. Avec cet \u00e9tat, les usagers de la route doivent \u00eatre prudent sur tout les conducteurs des v\u00e9hicules pour que nous puissions \u00e9viter des \u00e9ventuelles incidents sur ce pont&#8221; indique l&#8217;autorit\u00e9 locale.<br><br>Aux autorit\u00e9s provinciales et ses partenaires, il en appelle \u00e0 la r\u00e9habilitation ce pont construit en 2009 par le gouvernement provincial du Nord-Kivu, sous Julien Paluku Kahongya, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque gouverneur de province.<br><br><strong>Dieu-Merci Mumbere<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le pont jet\u00e9 sur la rivi\u00e8re Taliha, tron\u00e7on routier Kipese-Mubana en territoire de Lubero (Nord-Kivu) s\u2019est effondr\u00e9 depuis le samedi de la semaine derni\u00e8re.
