Il all\u00e8gue un changement d&#8217;identit\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2018. Selon Kikuni, Tshisekedi aurait utilis\u00e9 deux noms diff\u00e9rents : &#8220;Tshilombo Tshisekedi F\u00e9lix&#8221; en 2018 et &#8220;Tshilombo Tshisekedi F\u00e9lix-Antoine&#8221; en 2023. Les avocats de Kikuni estiment que Tshisekedi pr\u00e9pare un coup en utilisant cette nouvelle identit\u00e9 pour obtenir un troisi\u00e8me mandat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><iframe title=\"kalehe : les groupes arm\u00e9s un probl\u00e8me majeur pour le developpement\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5S6nyNQslbQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br>La Cour constitutionnelle a promis de rendre sa d\u00e9cision le 30 octobre prochain, apr\u00e8s avoir examin\u00e9 la requ\u00eate. Seth Kikuni se dit choqu\u00e9 par les r\u00e9actions des avocats de Tshisekedi, qui affirment que d&#8217;autres surnoms auraient m\u00eame pu \u00eatre ajout\u00e9s. Kikuni attend avec impatience la d\u00e9cision de la Haute cour, esp\u00e9rant que la candidature de Tshisekedi sera invalid\u00e9e.<br><br>Dans une autre requ\u00eate, Monsieur Junior Tshivuadi Masanga a demand\u00e9 l&#8217;invalidation de la candidature de Mo\u00efse Katumbi, arguant qu&#8217;il n&#8217;est pas de nationalit\u00e9 congolaise.
