Mme Gloria Senga, ancienne militante du mouvement Lucha et actuelle coordinatrice du mouvement Vigilance Citoyenne VICI-RDC, a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9e avec 16 autres militants de son mouvement, jeudi \u00e0 Kinshasa par les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la Police Nationale Congolaise. Ils \u00e9taient en pleine campagne \u00ab congolais koteka kibomoto nayo te pona Nzala \u00bb pour dire \u00ab congolais, ne vend pas ta conscience \u00e0 cause de la crise \u00bb<\/p>\n

Selon M. Joseph Bayoko Lokondo, Porte-parole du mouvement joint par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, la police \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 inform\u00e9e de la tenue de cette activit\u00e9 dans la ville de Kinshasa mais il regrette que ses camarades soient encore arr\u00eat\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 passer la nuit en d\u00e9tention.
\nC\u2019est pourquoi, il annonce que le mouvement VICI-RDC ne va pas baisser les bras, mais va poursuivre cette campagne afin de d\u00e9noncer le coulage des recettes de l\u2019Etat op\u00e9r\u00e9 par les dignitaires au pouvoir. Avec ou sans les autres activistes, la VICI\/RDC promet poursuivre la conscientisation de la population, pour ne pas se laisser faire par les politiciens qui viendront au pr\u00e8s d\u2019eux avec l\u2019argent en \u00e9change aux voix, aux \u00e9lections prochaines.
\nNotons que parmi les personnes d\u00e9tenues, une fille nomm\u00e9e Rose, serait dans un \u00e9tat critique.<\/p>\n
