Le cachot de la police nationale congolaise d\u00e9tachement Groupe Mobile d\u2019Intervention de Beni a \u00e9t\u00e9 ferm\u00e9 ce vendredi 6 octobre 2023 par l’auditorat militaire de garnison de Beni au Nord de la province du Nord Kivu.

Dans une correspondance, Le lieutenant-colonel Magistrat Lwamba Songe auditeur militaire de garnison de Beni reproche au commandant GMI\/BENI, des irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s de d\u00e9tention et tracasseries exag\u00e9r\u00e9es.

L\u2019auditeur militaire parle \u00e9galement de plusieurs abus des droits fondamentaux des d\u00e9tenus constat\u00e9s au sein de ce cachot au cours de ses diff\u00e9rentes s\u00e9ances de contr\u00f4le, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par des arrestations non justifi\u00e9es et d\u00e9passement du d\u00e9lai de garde \u00e0 vue tel que r\u00e8glement\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019article 146 du code judiciaire militaire congolais.

Ce cachot ne sera fonctionnel que pour des raisons de sanctions disciplinaires du corps, ajoute la m\u00eame correspondance, qui chute en ordonnant, par cons\u00e9quent, que tous les d\u00e9tenus se trouvant actuellement dans ce cachot soient achemin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019auditorat militaire, accompagn\u00e9s de leurs dossiers physiques, pour fins utiles.
