La presse iturienne s’est r\u00e9veill\u00e9e avec une mauvaise nouvelle ce jeudi 14 septembre 2023. Ceci, suite \u00e0 la mort du technicien de la Radio Okapi, station de Bunia la nuit du mercredi \u00e0 ce jeudi.

La mort de Jean Uwonda, technicien de la Radio Okapi depuis 2003, est survenue \u00e0 Kinshasa o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait \u00e9vacu\u00e9 le 29 ao\u00fbt dernier pour des soins appropri\u00e9s.

Cette lourde perte est annonc\u00e9e par la charg\u00e9e de l’information publique de la Monusco\/Ituri Liliana Nyatcha, dans une d\u00e9p\u00eache nous parvenue.

Nous avons l’immense tristesse de vous annoncer le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de Jean Uwonda, technicien de Radio Okapi Bunia depuis 2003. Il est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 Kinshasa o\u00f9 il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9vacu\u00e9 le lundi 29 ao\u00fbt \u00bb \u00e9crit-elle dans cette note.

\u00ab Toute l’\u00e9quipe de la section PIO\/Bunia et l’ensemble de ses coll\u00e8gues de la Monusco sont sous le choc \u00bb a conclu Liliane Nyatcha.

Des t\u00e9moignages des uns et des autres<\/strong>

Le premier est celui de Paul-Richard qui \u00e9crit je cite : \u00ab Tr\u00e8s triste est la nouvelle, d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able est le sentiment qui m’anime \u00e0 l’instant. Jean Uwonda a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus qu’un coll\u00e8gue. C’\u00e9tait un fr\u00e8re. Il nous a souvent servi de guide, pour notre int\u00e9gration socioprofessionnelle, pendant nos missions de “brassage” au sein de l’\u00e9quipe mixte de Radio Okapi Bunia, en ses d\u00e9buts. Tr\u00e8s gai, ouvert et serviable. Il nous manquera \u00e0 jamais. Puisse Dieu lui accorder le repos \u00e9ternel \u00bb fin de citation.

L’autre t\u00e9moignage est du journaliste de la Radio Okapi\/Bunia Muzaliya Ez\u00e9chiel qui a post\u00e9 ses bons souvenirs sur sa page Statut WhatsApp. D’apr\u00e8s ce chevalier, Jean Uwonda a enregistr\u00e9 son tout premier journal pour Kinshasa et que lui (Ez\u00e9chiel Muzaliya) est le dernier pour qui le d\u00e9funt a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 son dernier journal de son vivant.
