En suivant de pr\u00e8s, \u00e0 partir d\u2019une minute cinquante-deux secondes(1min52) de la vid\u00e9o, il traite le pr\u00e9sident rwandais \u00ab de chien \u00bb. Propos mal plac\u00e9s, qui d\u00e9notent d\u2019une haine contre la personne du pr\u00e9disent Rwandais.<br \/><br \/>Toute personne a droit au respect et la dignit\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>Traiter ou qualifier un \u00eatre humain de \u00ab chien \u00bb est dangereux. En r\u00e9duisant quelqu\u2019un au rang des b\u00eates ou des animaux sans tenir compte de l\u2019humanisme et de son identit\u00e9 humaine dont il jouit comme \u00eatre humain peut conduire aux violences. <br \/><br \/>Un tel discours est inacceptable et doit \u00eatre rejet\u00e9 par la population. Qui qu\u2019il soit, un \u00eatre humain m\u00e9rite respect et dignit\u00e9. Personne ne m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre trait\u00e9e de \u00ab chien \u00bb. Ces propos dangereux qui s\u2019apparentent \u00e9galement \u00e0 des injures publiques doivent \u00eatre proscrits de nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s pour promouvoir le vivre ensemble et garantir un avenir radieux dans lequel, le respect de l\u2019\u00eatre humain est une r\u00e8gle.<br \/><br \/>Les blogueurs et journalistes r\u00e9unis au sein du Forum Non aux Discours de Haine dans la r\u00e9gion des Grands Lacs, condamnent fermement cette d\u00e9shumanisation et propos discourtois envers un \u00eatre humain. Tomber dans le d\u00e9nigrement, la discourtoisie, la d\u00e9shumanisation et autres formes d\u2019\u00e9garement entre nous peuples de r\u00e9gion des Grands Lacs, ne fera que mettre de l\u2019huile au feu.
