Un officier sup\u00e9rieur au sein de la police nationale congolaise (PNC) a \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9 mort le vendredi 21 juillet 2023 \u00e0 Kasenga, dans la province du Haut-Katanga en R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo.

D’apr\u00e8s plusieurs sources Concordantes, il s’agit du commissaire sup\u00e9rieur principal S\u00e9bastien Kabulo, Chef de la police du territoire de Kasenga qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 victime d\u2019un assassinat. \u00ab Son corps a \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9 dans un puits, a moiti\u00e9 nu et ligot\u00e9\u00bb, a-t-on appris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
