Un corps sans vie d’un jeune gar\u00e7on a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert le matin de ce vendredi 14 juillet 2023 au quartier Mahyutsa 2 \u00e0 Sake, une cit\u00e9 du groupement, chefferie des Bahunde en territoire de Masisi.

Des sources concordantes rapportent qu’il s’agirait d’un jeune de 18 ans, pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 voleur, attrap\u00e9 la veille en pleine op\u00e9ration par la population.

\u00ab Il s’agit d’un voleur que la population en col\u00e8re a attrap\u00e9 jeudi 13 juillet, parce que le vol est devenu monnaie courante dans le Mahyutsa 2, il \u00e9tait en plein vol dans une maison, maintenant en voulant fuir vers 21 heures, la population l’a vu et tout le monde l’a frapp\u00e9, c’est ce matin qu’on vient de rencontrer son corps sans vie \u00bb, temoigne un habitant de Mahyutsa.

Face \u00e0 ce \u00e9ni\u00e8me cas d’ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui s’apparente \u00e0 une justice populaire, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile du groupement Kamuronza se dit indign\u00e9e et appelle la population \u00e0 plus de retenues et \u00e0 faire confiance en la justice \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que la vie de l’homme est sacr\u00e9e.

\u00ab je condamne les cas de justice populaire, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que la vie humaine est sacr\u00e9e et toute personne accus\u00e9e pour des faits infractionnels est pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e innocente jusqu’\u00e0 ce sa culpabilit\u00e9 soit \u00e9tablie par un jugement d\u00e9finitif, j’appelle la population du groupement Kamuronza \u00e0 se d\u00e9barrasser de l’esprit de vengeance et de justice populaire \u00bb, lance Muisha Busanga L\u00e9opold, pr\u00e9sident de cette structure citoyenne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des sources s\u00e9curitaires rapportent que les enqu\u00eates sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 lanc\u00e9es pour \u00e9lucider ce \u00e9ni\u00e8me cas de meurtre \u00e0 Sake.
