{"id":42622,"date":"2023-07-01T04:08:32","date_gmt":"2023-07-01T04:08:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=42622"},"modified":"2023-07-01T04:09:48","modified_gmt":"2023-07-01T04:09:48","slug":"rdc-onip-livre-la-premiere-carte-didentite-nationale-au-president-felix-antoine-tshisekedi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=42622","title":{"rendered":"RDC : ONIP livre la premi\u00e8re carte d&#8217;identit\u00e9 nationale au Pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix-Antoine Tshisekedi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Chose promise chose due, la structure constitutionnelle destin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9tablir de donn\u00e9es statistiques officielles concernant l&#8217;effectif global des citoyens de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo, a livr\u00e9 vendredi 30 juin 2023 \u00e0 l&#8217;occasion du 63 \u00e8me anniversaire de l&#8217;ind\u00e9pendance belge de la RD Congo, la premi\u00e8re carte d&#8217;identit\u00e9 nationale au chef de l&#8217;Etat et cel\u00e0 \u00e0 titre initial de cette op\u00e9ration tant attendue.<br><br>&#8220;Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique F\u00e9lix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo a re\u00e7u, ce vendredi 30 juin, le premier mod\u00e8le de la nouvelle carte d\u2019identit\u00e9 nationale d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par l\u2019Office national pour l\u2019identification de la population (ONIP)&#8221;, peut-on lire sur un tweet de la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo.<br><br>D\u00e9j\u00e0 dans la foul\u00e9e les r\u00e9actions sont enregistr\u00e9es en cascade. <br><br>&#8220;L\u2019Office National d\u2019identification de la Population (ONIP) doit servir les int\u00e9r\u00eats des congolais en ne donnant aucune carte d\u2019identit\u00e9 aux r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s, aux immigrants ill\u00e9gaux et aux opportunistes qui vont vouloir profiter de cette nouvelle pour pirater nos cartes d\u2019identit\u00e9, il aurait pu \u00eatre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de proc\u00e9der d\u2019abord au recensement avant d\u2019attribuer des cartes d\u2019identit\u00e9 et ces cartes doivent \u00eatre biom\u00e9triques et s\u00e9curis\u00e9es pour emp\u00eacher toute contrefa\u00e7on&#8221;, il s&#8217;agit l\u00e0 d&#8217;une r\u00e9action du Ma\u00eetre Bingo d\u00e9fenseur des droits humains oeuvrant \u00e0 Kinshasa.<br><br>Rappelons-le, depuis la chute du r\u00e9gime de Mobutu Pr\u00e9sident du Za\u00efre.
