Pendant ce temps, une r\u00e9union d&#8217;urgence s\u00e9curitaire est en cours au bureau du fonctionnaire d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 du Gouverneur militaire du Nord-Kivu.<br \/><br \/>La bouche autoris\u00e9e de l&#8217;arm\u00e9e loyaliste FARDC n&#8217;a pas encore fait une quelconque d\u00e9claration \u00e0 ce sujet.
