Au total 40 mineurs d\u00e9linquants qui ont travers\u00e9 ill\u00e9galement la fronti\u00e8re vers l’Ouganda o\u00f9, ils ont pass\u00e9 le week-end pascal parmi lesquels 12 filles et 28 gar\u00e7ons, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appr\u00e9hend\u00e9s \u00e0 la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Migrations dans la matin\u00e9e du lundi 10 avril 2023, \u00e0 la barri\u00e8re du carr\u00e9 douanier de Kasindi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces derniers ont frauduleusement travers\u00e9 la fronti\u00e8re congolaise vers l’Ouganda o\u00f9, ils ont pass\u00e9 nuit dans les salles de jouissance \u00e0 l’occasion de la f\u00eate de P\u00e2ques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s l’authentification de la nationalit\u00e9 congolaise, les responsables de la DGM antenne de Kasindi ont lib\u00e9r\u00e9 ces enfants entre les mains d’un jeune notable de l’entit\u00e9 Manix Mbavugha, qui a plaid\u00e9 pour leur lib\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce dernier a manifest\u00e9 l’inqui\u00e9tude essentiellement attach\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation des enfants en conflit avec la loi dans la cit\u00e9 de Kasindi qui demeure encore un mirage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La d\u00e9linquance des mineurs est l’une des tristes r\u00e9alit\u00e9s qui s’observent dans la cit\u00e9 frontali\u00e8re de Kasindi-Lubiriha, en secteur de Ruwenzori dans le territoire de Beni, depuis maintenant trois ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il convient noter en outre que, les enfants d\u00e9linquants ne sont pas pris en charge dans le cadre de la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation tel que souligne dans la loi portant protection de l\u2019enfant du 10 janvier 2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
