{"id":38743,"date":"2023-03-15T05:45:20","date_gmt":"2023-03-15T05:45:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/2023\/03\/15\/affaires-mwangachuchu-se-declarant-competente-la-haute-cour-militaire-fixe-la-prochaine-audience-au-21-mars\/"},"modified":"2023-03-15T05:45:20","modified_gmt":"2023-03-15T05:45:20","slug":"affaires-mwangachuchu-se-declarant-competente-la-haute-cour-militaire-fixe-la-prochaine-audience-au-21-mars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=38743","title":{"rendered":"Affaires Mwangachuchu : Se d\u00e9clarant \u00abcomp\u00e9tente\u00bb, la Haute Cour Militaire fixe la prochaine audience au 21 mars"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Haute Cour militaire a rendu, ce mardi 14 mars 2023, son arr\u00eat avant dire Droit sur la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 de sa saisine dans l&#8217;affaire du d\u00e9put\u00e9 national \u00c9douard Mwangachuchu, arr\u00eat\u00e9 avec les munitions dans sa r\u00e9sidence situ\u00e9e dans la commune de la Gombe, \u00e0 Kinshasa.<br>La plus haute juridiction militaire de la RDC a rejet\u00e9 tous les moyens d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par les avocats de cet \u00e9lu du Sud-Kivu et se d\u00e9clare pleinement comp\u00e9tente \u00e0 statuer sur cette affaire.<br><br>La prochaine audience est fix\u00e9e au 21 mars prochain pour le d\u00e9but de l&#8217;instruction au fond de ce dossier.  <br>C&#8217;est donc \u00e0 cette audience que Edouard Mwangachuchu va devoir commencer \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux questions sur le pourquoi des effets militaires dans sa maison.<br><br>Dans leur m\u00e9moire unique, les avocats de la d\u00e9fense avaient  remis en cause la proc\u00e9dure de flagrance sous laquelle est jug\u00e9 leur client.
