{"id":37588,"date":"2023-02-07T15:18:41","date_gmt":"2023-02-07T15:18:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=37588"},"modified":"2023-02-07T15:19:53","modified_gmt":"2023-02-07T15:19:53","slug":"rutshuru-un-obus-abandonne-blesse-six-enfants-a-ntamugenga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=37588","title":{"rendered":"Rutshuru\u00a0: Un obus abandonn\u00e9 blesse six enfants \u00e0 Ntamugenga"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Six enfants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bless\u00e9s lors de l\u2019explosion mardi 7 f\u00e9vrier 2023 d\u2019un obus de guerre abandonn\u00e9 dans la localit\u00e9 Ntamugenga, groupement Bweza en territoire de Rutshuru. <br><br>Le fait s\u2019est pass\u00e9 aux environs de 12heure dans un milieu connu sous le nom de Bushandaba, une partie de la localit\u00e9 Ntamugenga indique des sources de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile locale. <br><br>Ces sources qui ne r\u00e9v\u00e8lent pas les circonstances de cet incident confirment cependant que les victimes, toutes enfants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conduits en urgence au centre de sant\u00e9 de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence de Ntamugenga avant que certains parmi eux gravement bless\u00e9s soient transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Reference de Rutshuru. <br><br>\u00ab\u00a0La bombe abandonn\u00e9 a \u00e9cras\u00e9e six personnes, toutes \u00e9tant des enfants. Vue leur \u00e9tat, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 achemin\u00e9s au centre de sant\u00e9 de Ntamugenga. Les plus touch\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Rutshuru. Le sous village de Bushandaba o\u00f9 s\u2019est pass\u00e9 le fait est situ\u00e9e dans la localit\u00e9 Ntamugenga en chefferie de Bwisha\u00a0\u00bb pr\u00e9cise Innocent Tuyisabe, pr\u00e9sident du noyau de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile de Buhuri, voisine de Ntamugenga.<br><br>Il y a une semaine, d\u2019autres obus des guerres abandonn\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverts dans la localit\u00e9 Kisharo dans le groupement Binza et dans le groupement Rugari avait alert\u00e9 un notable du territoire de Rutshuru.<br><br><strong>Dieu-Merci Mumbere<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Six enfants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bless\u00e9s lors de l\u2019explosion mardi 7 f\u00e9vrier 2023 d\u2019un obus de guerre abandonn\u00e9 dans la localit\u00e9 Ntamugenga, groupement Bweza en territoire de Rutshuru.
