Evoquer son nom, on sent qu\u2019il porte \u00e0 lui le sang du Nord-Kivu. <br \/><br \/>Fils du grand notable du Nord-Kivu et grande figure politique Shomwa Mongera Tanganyika Innocent, le jeune Marcelin est n\u00e9 en ville de Goma o\u00f9 il a pass\u00e9 la plus grande partie de sa vie avant d\u2019effectuer des multiples voyages au pays et en dehors. <br \/><br \/>Son feu p\u00e8re fut Conf\u00e9rencier \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9poque de Mobutu, D\u00e9put\u00e9 de transition,  Vice-gouverneur \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9poque du RCD et Gouverneur, pr\u00e9sident du conseil d&#8217;administration de l&#8217;Ex OCPT(office congolais de poste et des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications) et ensuite d\u00e9put\u00e9 national d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 depuis 2015.<br \/><br \/>Le jeune Marcelin a fait les \u00e9tudes normales d&#8217;abord l&#8217;\u00e9cole primaire en ville de Goma avant d&#8217;aller \u00e0 Kinshasa o\u00f9 il fera ses \u00e9tudes secondaires jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir son dipl\u00f4me en latin philo au lyc\u00e9e Bilingue Claude Mafema de Kinshasa. Aujourd&#8217;hui, il est licenci\u00e9 en Droit des Affaires apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 respectivement \u00e0 l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 Catholique du Congo et \u00e0 l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 Panafricaine du Congo, ses coll\u00e8gues disaient de lui qu&#8217;il sera dans la cour de grands suite \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de son travail et ses r\u00e9sultats. <br \/><br \/><strong>Parcours de combattant<\/strong><br \/><br \/>Encore tout petit, Shomwa Marcelin a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se faire montrer aux cot\u00e9s des grands du pays. <br \/><br \/>Ses d\u00e9buts effectifs dans le monde politique et des affaires, pour lesquels il a \u00e9tudi\u00e9, d\u00e9butent d\u2019abord au minist\u00e8re du commerce Ext\u00e9rieur o\u00f9 il travaillait dans toute simplicit\u00e9 comme contr\u00f4leur avant d\u2019\u00eatre sollicit\u00e9 comme consultant de plusieurs Acteurs politiques en RDC mais au sein de l&#8217;opposition. <br \/><br \/>Il d\u00e9barquera dans le continent d\u2019Asie o\u00f9 il travailla comme conseiller des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment en Inde.<br \/><br \/>Dans le monde politique, Marcelin Mongera a \u00e9t\u00e9 conseillet priv\u00e9 de feu d\u00e9put\u00e9 National SHOMWA-MONGERA ex vice-gouverneur et Gouverneur du Nord-Kivu lors de la r\u00e9unification. Par sa mani\u00e8re, il gagnait d\u00e9j\u00e0 des distinctions et sera admis comme membre et cadre de l&#8217;UPA (Union pour la pacification Active) cr\u00e9\u00e9e par ce Gouverneur honoraire du Nord-Kivu. <br \/><br \/>Sans faire le journalisme \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9, sa participation dans plusieurs formations l\u2019a compl\u00e8tement chang\u00e9 et aujourd\u2019hui il est le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&#8217;agence Journal t\u00e9l\u00e9 Universal du Congo.<br \/><br \/>Pour faire bien son travail, MARCELIN MONGERA met dans tout le respect des regles qui lui donnent la confiance.<br \/><br \/><strong>Gabriel Kashugushu<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jeune de la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration politique de la province du Nord-Kivu, Shomwa Marcelin figure embl\u00e9matique qui continue de fasciner et d\u2019attirer.
