{"id":36706,"date":"2023-01-14T12:08:31","date_gmt":"2023-01-14T12:08:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=36706"},"modified":"2023-01-14T12:09:45","modified_gmt":"2023-01-14T12:09:45","slug":"kalehe-44-cas-de-tueries-13-cas-de-kidnapping-enregistres-en-2022-rapport-fesciv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=36706","title":{"rendered":"Kalehe : 44 cas de tueries, 13 cas de kidnapping enregistr\u00e9s en 2022 ( Rapport FESCIV)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En collaboration avec ses partenaires, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile de Kalehe au Sud-Kivu a document\u00e9 83 cas d&#8217;incident de violations de droits humains tout au long de l&#8217;an 2022. <br><br>Cette structure citoyenne a dress\u00e9 le bilan dans son rapport rendu public ce samedi 14 janvier 2023 qui pr\u00e9cise que 44 cas d&#8217;assassinat ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9s, 12 cas de kidnapping en enl\u00e8vement, 2 cas de retourn\u00e9s circonscrits, 5 cas de blessures graves, 2 cas des assaillants captur\u00e9s,  4 cas d&#8217;attaques contre les m\u00e9nages  et 1 seul cas d&#8217;affrontement entre groupes et acteurs arm\u00e9s dans le territoire de Kalehe.<br><br>\u00ab Ce tableau sombre nous am\u00e8ne \u00e0 interpeller les autorit\u00e9s administratives et judiciaires \u00e0 tous les niveaux \u00e0 plus mieux faire pour cette ann\u00e9e encours 2023 afin d&#8217;\u00e9radiquer compl\u00e8tement l&#8217;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 persistante dans le territoire de Kalehe.
