{"id":36464,"date":"2023-01-07T07:52:04","date_gmt":"2023-01-07T07:52:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/2023\/01\/07\/rutshuru-la-route-nationale-numero-2-coupee-a-nyahanga-dans-le-groupement-bukoma\/"},"modified":"2023-01-07T07:52:04","modified_gmt":"2023-01-07T07:52:04","slug":"rutshuru-la-route-nationale-numero-2-coupee-a-nyahanga-dans-le-groupement-bukoma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=36464","title":{"rendered":"Rutshuru\u00a0: La Route Nationale num\u00e9ro 2 coup\u00e9e \u00e0 Nyahanga dans le groupement Bukoma"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La route Rutshuru-Goma est coup\u00e9e \u00e0 hauteur de Nyahanga depuis quatre jours maintenant. <br><br>Cette situation est cons\u00e9cutive \u00e0 des fortes pluies qui s\u2019\u00e9taient abattues dans cette partie emportant ainsi la buse sur une petite rivi\u00e8re situ\u00e9e proche de la rivi\u00e8re Rutshuru dans le groupement Bukoma. <br><br>Des v\u00e9hicules en direction de Rubare et ceux prenant la direction de Rutshuru centre qui ne sont plus en mesure de traverser cette partie sont bloqu\u00e9s d\u00e9part et d\u2019autre. <br><br>Certains jeunes sur place ont initi\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s de chargement et d\u00e9chargement des marchandises pour faciliter la travers\u00e9e.<br><br>\u00ab\u00a0Ce depuis trois jours que cette buse a \u00e9t\u00e9 emport\u00e9e par les eaux de la pluie mais \u00e9galement la lourdeur d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule qui voulait traverser. Depuis ce jour-l\u00e0 les usagers cherchent \u00e0 d\u00e9border et aujourd\u2019hui nous sommes ici pour voir comment les aider. Nous transportons leur bagages et les aider \u00e0 traverser\u00a0\u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 un jeune rencontr\u00e9 sur place.<br><br>Les usagers de ce tron\u00e7on plaident pour la r\u00e9habilitation de cette buse en vue de faciliter la travers\u00e9e des v\u00e9hicules dans cette partie situ\u00e9e sur la route nationale num\u00e9ro 2. <br><br>En rappel, cette route est ferm\u00e9e pour tout trafic depuis plus de trois mois sur la partie situ\u00e9e entre Rutshuru et la ville de Goma.
